Aug 14.  Cruisin' the Dam at Carlyle Lake (Clinton Co).  Annual event in which cars drive across the Carlyle Lake Dam and through downtown Carlyle starting at about 9:30pm.  Last year's event drew 300 vehicles.  Also, car show at Microtel Inn.  Tailgating at the Visitor Center and the Dam.  No entry fees, no judging of vehicles.
